LASH EXTENSIONS :
- Skin Condition around eye area (eczema, dermatitis , psoriasis)
- Any eye surgery (approximately 6-months)
- Contact lenses must be removed
- A recent eye infection
- Diabetic retinopathy
- Alopecia
- Trichotillomania
- Hay fever
- Blepharitis
- Corneal disease
- Conjunctivitis
- Cataracts
- Alopecia
- Hordeolum / Styes (small painful bump or inflamed area on the eyelid, caused by bacterial infection of the sebaeous gland, located at base of eyelash)
- Demodicosis (sensitivity to an over population of ectoparasites, called dermodex mites, that can reside in hair follicles and sebaecous glands
- Hay Fever
- Watery Eyes
- Corneal Disease
- Dry Eye Syndrome
- Glaucoma
LASH LIFTING:
Although it is impossible to list every potential risk and complication, the following conditions are recognized as contraindications for the Lash Lift and Tint treatment and must be disclosed prior to the treatment
- Eye Infections / Disorders
- Recent Surgery Anywhere Around the Eye
- Allergy to Product
- Very Sensitive or Watery Eyes
- Hay Fever Sufferers
- Blepharitis
- Keratitis
- Alopecia
- Trichotillomania
- Bell’s Palsy
- Conjunctivitis or Impetigo
- Eye Inflammation such as Uveitis
- Sties or Cysts
- Dry Eye Syndrome
- Weak Lashes
- Skin Disease, Skin Trauma, Burns, Cuts, or Swelling Around the Eye Area
- Skin Disorders in the General Eye Area (Dermatitis, Xanthelasma & Syringoma)
- Using Prescribed Medicated Eye Drops
- Pregnancy (during the 1st trimester)
- Medication (Thyroid medications, in some cases can prevent lashes from curling)
- Undergoing Chemotherapy and Post Chemotherapy (see Physician first)
