DEPOSITS
Your Lash technican will be at the Salon waiting for you, and they do need to be compensated if you do not arrive for your appointment. The all treatments require a 50% deposit at the time of booking via IDeal. This deposit is required to secure your appointment due to a high number of clients cancelling last minute or not turning up to their appointments.
Pre-booking appointments: It is recommended to pre-book your lash refill appointments in advance to reserve your allotted time as slots do book up quickly.
DEPOSITS -CANCELLATION | RESCHEDULING POLICY
We strive to accommodate our clients to the best of our ability. All of our appointment confirmations are sent via email.
If any changes need to be made to your appointment, please notify us no later than 48 hours before your scheduled appointment. This allows us enough time to offer that time slot to another client. Deposits will be carried over if the appointment is rearranged with at least the 48 hours notice.
The deposit is non-refundable, and will be applied towards your treatment.
If you Late Cancel or No Show your deposit will be forfeited.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION:
To maintain the consistency and integrity of my work, I do not accommodate lash fills from other artist’s work. If you are booking for the first time, and you have existing extensions from another artist’s work, you must book a full set + add on a lash removal to your appointment.
- Lash fills beyond 4 weeks will be considered a full set.
- Please come to your lash appointment with clean eyelashes. Removal of makeup will take out of your appointment time. The extra time could be spent on perfecting your results!
- During each appointment before and after photo’s will be made. Clients face will never be publicly shared without permission, except only the eyes or in a public response if that is the only option.
- We politely ask that guests refrain from bringing small children or accompaniment person to their appointments.
LATE ARRIVALS:
- In order to respect the time of both my clients and me, I ask you to arrive on time for your appointment.
- Guests arriving over 15 minutes late may be asked to reschedule, as accommodating late clients may inconvenience the time of the next appointments.
- Your appointment can be postponed to the first available date.
- If you, or another person in your household, has an infectious or contagious illness, please contact us as soon as possible to reschedule your appointment for a later date. For your safety and that and other clients, please do not come to your appointments sick. If it is assumed you are currently sick, your appointment may be cut short or cancelled and rescheduled for when you are healthy again.
- A one-time allowance of last minute cancella- tion or reschedule will be permitted for sickness or family emergency. After that, the cancellation and no show policy is in effect.
CELL PHONES:
Should be turned into silent mode and put away in order to minimize distractions and potential hazards—this is especially crucial for eye and brow services, which involves the use of tweezers and adhesives around the delicate eye area, and therefore requires a great deal of focus and precision on the part of our technicians.
Please be courteous and respectful of your technician’s time and work by keeping your phone on silent.
AGE RESTRICTIONS:
Our minimum age requirement for services is 18 years of age. Under 18 years may also receive services with a parent / guardian.
Service guarantee & refunds:
Your satisfaction is my highest priority.
- I do not offer refunds for services. I do however, offer a Guarantee on all of our services.
- If you have any concerns with a service you received, let me know within the first 72 hours of your last appointment, and I will fix it to your satisfaction at no extra charge.
- After the 72 hours mark, there will be a regular fill or fix charge on any fix services inquired about.
- Any allergic reaction wear eyelash extensions have been applied I will remove the extensions at no cost to you.
ALLERGIES:
- Allergic reaction can happen with anyone at anytime. Of course I am here to assist and help you by offering free removal, but no refunds will be given because I simply can´t control how your body will react.
- A reaction normally occurs within the first 72 hours post service. You will notice the redness and swelling more on the lid as opposed to the actual eye. As a reaction can be very uncomfortable, as well as very unsightly. Please contact with me as soon as possible +31626303552 to arrange removal.
*Refunds are not given for allergic reactions, however, I will remove the lashes free of charge.
Eyelash adhesives contain cyanoacrylates.
