Gift Card Terms and Conditions

1. The Gift Card is valid for 6 months from the date of purchase.
2. The Gift Card can be used for all services and products available in our offer.
3. The Gift Card cannot be exchanged for cash or refunded.
4. In case of loss or damage to the Gift Card, it cannot be replaced or reissued.
5. The Gift Card can be used either in a single transaction or for services up to the card’s remaining value. If the cost of the services exceeds the value of the card, the difference must be paid.
6. The Gift Card value cannot be split across multiple purchases.
7. Purchasing a Gift Card implies acceptance of these terms and conditions.
8. In case of canceling a service booked with a Gift Card:
   • If the cancellation is made more than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment, the value of the card will be restored as a discount code of the same value.
   • If the cancellation is made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment, the amount for the service will be forfeited, and the card cannot be used for that service unless the card’s value is higher than the cost of the service. In this case, only the amount equivalent to the service will be forfeited, and the remaining balance on the card will be retained.
9. The Gift Card is the property of the issuer and may be voided in case of violation of these terms.
