DEPOSIT: When scheduling an appointment through online booking, a deposit payment of 50% of the treatment value is required. This deposit guarantees the reservation of your appointment and will be deducted from the total cost of the treatment on the day of service.
Cancellation & No-Show Policy
Advance Notice: Cancel or reschedule free of charge up to 48 hours before your appointment, allowing us to offer the slot to others.
Late Cancellations: Canceling or rescheduling within 48 hours results in the forfeiture of the 50% deposit, as it is non-refundable due to the potential inability to fill the slot.
Missed Appointments: Failure to cancel or late cancellation results in a full treatment charge, reflecting the cost to us and missed opportunity for others.
Please inform us promptly if you can’t make your appointment, enabling schedule adjustments and maintaining service quality for everyone.

Late Cancellation and No-Show Payment Procedure
If you cancel late or fail to show up for your appointment, a fee will be applied as per our policy. For easy payment, we use Tikkie, a fast and secure online payment system.
How it works:
Upon a late cancellation or no-show, we’ll send you an SMS or email with a Tikkie link.
Clicking the link directs you to a secure payment page showing the exact amount due.
You can make the payment easily and securely using your preferred method.
Please complete the payment within 24 hours of receiving the link.
We understand life can be unpredictable, but adherence to our policy ensures efficient service and availability for all clients. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
Lash Fills
- Book in advance due to high demand.
- Fills from other artists are not accepted. New clients with existing extensions must book a full set and add a lash removal.
- Lash fills beyond 4 weeks will be treated as a full set.
- Please arrive with clean eyelashes to maximize appointment efficiency.
Photos and Privacy
- Before and after photos will be taken, but your face will never be shared publicly without consent.
Late Arrivals
- Arrive on time. Over 15-minute delays may lead to rescheduling.
- Your appointment will be postponed to the next available slot.
After Hours Appointments
- Available on a case-by-case basis for an extra 50% charge.
- Contact directly for booking.
Sickness or Family Emergency
- Reschedule if sick or in a family emergency. A one-time exception is allowed for last-minute changes due to these reasons.
Cell Phones
- Keep on silent and minimize use during appointments for safety and focus.
Age Restrictions
- Minimum age for services is 18. Under 18s require parental/guardian consent.
Service Guarantee & Refunds
- No refunds, but we offer a satisfaction guarantee. Report issues within 72 hours for a complimentary fix.
- After 72 hours, regular charges apply for fixes.
- Free removal for allergic reactions, but no refunds.
Health History
- Inform us of any allergies, health conditions, or pregnancy for your safety.
